MHC of Virginia was formed in 2001 in response to challenges faced by Manufactured Housing Community Owners. The initial challenges were to Property Owners vested rights and the replacement of homes removed from Communities. MHC continues to represent Community Owners on topics ranging from notice requirements to disposal of homes due to court proceedings to utility billing.

Due to the diligence of the MHC of Virginia leadership, Manufactured Housing Community Owners have a voice on the new Fair Housing Board and are professionally represented in the General Assembly on issues affecting Mobile Home Community Owners. MHC needs all Community Owners to join together to become one voice so that we can effectively and consistently protect ALL Community Owners from local and state level challenges that would impact our business.
